Moss v Dickson
A cyclist turned onto a main road and went straight to the right hand side of her lane, travelling on the white line down the centre of the road, in preparation for a right hand turn which she was going to make.
There was no traffic to prevent her from doing this.
She travelled in this position for around 50 yards. As she made to turn right, she was struck by a car which was overtaking her.
The cyclist had not indicated nor looked behind before turning, but was in a position on the road which suggested that she was about to turn right.
